The primordial mother at Mahurgad — the seat of unconditional maternal protection.
Enshrined on the forested peak of Mahurgad in Nanded, Sri Renuka Mata is one of Maharashtra's revered Shakti Peethas. Revered as the mother of Lord Parashurama, she represents the sheltering warmth of maternal love that protects every child and brings enduring peace to the hearth.
The mother's peak at Mahurgad — no fortress in the world is stronger than a mother's blessing.
